A warm, photo-led site for a neighbourhood café — menu, opening hours, and online ordering that works just as well on a phone in the queue as it does on a laptop.
Project Overview
Kettle & Crumb had a busy corner shop and nothing online but a tagged location. People walking past could see the menu; nobody searching for brunch nearby could. The site needed to do two jobs — show the room and the food honestly, and make ordering ahead effortless.
Challenges We Addressed
- No existing brand assets we built the type and colour system from the shopfront itself.
- Menu changes weekly content had to be editable in seconds, not a redeploy.
- Mostly mobile traffic every layout decision started at 375px.
